Website quotes for grant applications in Norwich and Norfolk

Applying for funding or already have an award? We prepare clear website quotes and plan the work around your approved scope, budget and deadline.

Bring us the scheme guidance. We will help turn your website requirements into an itemised supplier quote your assessor can review.

A quote your assessor can understand

A grant application needs more detail than a single price for a new website. We describe what we will deliver and what you need to supply, so the proposed purchase can be checked against the scheme requirements.

  • Named supplier and customer, quote date, reference and validity period.
  • Pages, features, content responsibilities, testing and launch work.
  • Itemised one-off costs, VAT and the total payable.
  • Hosting, maintenance, licences and other recurring charges shown separately.
  • Proposed delivery milestones, payment terms, ownership and exclusions.

If your adviser requests a different format or more detail, send us the requirements. We can clarify our own proposal. You remain responsible for your application, financial evidence and any other supplier quotes the scheme requires.

Match the website scope to the business need

For a service business, the priority might be a clear explanation of its work and a dependable enquiry form. For a retailer, it could be product information, checkout and order handling. These are example briefs, not statements that a particular grant will fund them.

We offer custom website design, defined template packages and business software. We can separate essential launch work from optional later work, provided that fits your funder’s rules. We quote the actual work required rather than pricing up to the size of an available grant.

Plan the application, approval and delivery in order

  1. Send the brief and scheme rules. Include your business location, website address, required features, budget and any application or completion deadline.
  2. Review our written quote. Check it with your grant adviser before making a commitment. Ask when orders, deposits and work can begin.
  3. Confirm the approved scope. Once the required written permission is in place, we agree the work, timetable and payment milestones with you.
  4. Build, test and hand over. We deliver the agreed website and provide our invoices and agreed delivery records. You submit the evidence required by your funder.

A funding deadline does not guarantee a build slot. We check capacity and the content or access needed before committing to a launch date.

Send us your grant brief

Tell us the scheme name if you know it, whether you are applying or already approved, and what the website needs to do. Include the guidance link, budget and deadline. Please leave out bank statements, identity documents and other sensitive application evidence.

Grant website questions

Can you provide a website quote before my grant is approved?
Yes. Send the scheme guidance and your website brief. We can prepare a written supplier quote for your application, with the scope, costs, VAT, validity period and proposed delivery timing. A quote is not a funding decision or an instruction to start work.
Can you work within my grant budget?
We can review the approved work, your own contribution and the total budget, then propose a scope we can deliver. If the budget is too small for the requested features, we will explain the gap and suggest a smaller scope where useful. Changes to approved work may need your funder’s written agreement.
Are you a grant provider or a council-approved supplier?
We are an independent website supplier. This service does not claim council approval, grant-provider status or guaranteed funding. Your funder decides whether your business, project and chosen supplier meet its rules.
Can I pay after the council reimburses my grant?
Grant reimbursement and our payment terms are separate. We agree payment milestones before work starts. This service does not include financing the project or automatically deferring payment until a grant arrives. Check that you can meet the approved project costs and any reimbursement gap.
Will a grant cover hosting, website care or monthly payments?
That depends on the scheme and your written approval. We separate the website build from recurring charges so your adviser can assess them. Do not assume a monthly package or its full contract value is eligible simply because the website itself is approved.
