Mousehold Studio Driver App

A cross-platform field app developed in house by Mousehold Studio, connecting drivers to dispatch, time-sensitive work, guided trip stages and transparent earnings.

The challenge

Drivers work in a moving, time-sensitive environment where missed offers, unclear trip stages and weak mobile signal can disrupt both the passenger and the control room. The product needed to keep the driver ready, informed and connected without turning the phone into a smaller dispatcher console.

The work

Mousehold Studio designed and developed a guided mobile workflow for going online, receiving trip offers, reviewing advance work, navigating each booking and reporting progress back to dispatch. Readiness checks confirm the driver account, assigned vehicle, push registration and duty location. Offline-aware queues and server reconciliation protect critical trip updates when connectivity is interrupted.

The outcome

Drivers have one clear place to prepare for duty, receive work, complete journeys and understand their earnings. Dispatch receives a more consistent operational signal because trip progress, availability and recovery rules are built into the driver workflow.

The driver-facing mobile experience keeps availability, work, trip progress and pay understandable while remaining connected to Mousehold Studio Dispatcher.

A driver goes online only when required checks are ready, then sees today’s trips, time and earnings alongside advance bookings and a weekly summary. Active work can be resumed from the same operational home.
