An upcoming real-time transport control room developed in house for dispatchers, booking teams and operations managers.

The challenge

Transport operators coordinate time-sensitive bookings, vehicles, drivers, routes, payments and service exceptions at the same time. The platform needed one clear control room that could show the live operation and give the team the right action without reconciling disconnected tools.

The work

Mousehold Studio designed and developed the Dispatcher in house. We built the live dispatch board, booking queues, fleet controls, pricing tools, service workflows, payments, settlements and operational reporting on one connected platform.

The outcome

The Dispatcher gives transport teams one operational view of every journey. They can assign work, monitor capacity, respond to delays and exceptions, and understand performance without losing the live context of the day.

The control room used by operators. It brings live vehicles, bookings, exceptions and system controls together so the team can see what is happening now and act without switching tools.

Live dispatch boardThis is the operator’s day-to-day workspace. The map shows active routes and vehicle positions, while the queue below organises booked, dispatched, completed, cancelled and no-show work. From here, an operator can create a booking, assign work and respond when a journey needs attention.

Operational performance dashboardThis view turns day-to-day journey activity into information managers can use. The headline figures summarise revenue, completed rides, average fares, pickup delays and service-level performance, while the charts reveal demand by booking channel, ride status and time of day.
