A taxi journey looks simple to the passenger, but delivering it well means keeping bookings, pricing, customers, vehicles, drivers and live operations in sync. Arrivy needed more than a marketing website: it needed connected products for the people booking a journey, the team coordinating it and the driver completing it.

We created the public website and direct booking journeys around Norwich, airport transfers and long-distance travel, then developed the operational platform behind them. Dispatchers can manage bookings and live fleet activity from one console, while drivers receive offers and follow a guided trip flow in a mobile app designed to remain dependable when connectivity is poor.
